It was announced recently that CM, part of HAS Technology, have been awarded a place on the new ESPO Framework (394-19) for Electronic Homecare Monitoring and Scheduling Solutions.
ESPO, who provide the public sector with procurement solutions, announced the new national framework on 4 October. The framework provides local authorities and public sector care professionals with access to a range of electronic monitoring and scheduling systems for homecare, along with support and advice, enabling providers to achieve the right results.
CM were successful in all three areas of the framework; Homecare Monitoring Solutions; Homecare Scheduling Solutions; and Integrated Electronic Homecare Monitoring and Scheduling Solutions.
Launched in 1999, CM were pioneers of electronic homecare monitoring and now work with over 120 Councils across the UK. As CM celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, it continues to innovate and adapt to deliver quality solutions to the health and social care sector.
CM had a place on the previous ESPO framework and found it helpful in supporting the procurement process with Councils. Staffordshire County Council said: “We used the ESPO call-off procedure which allowed us to quickly and easily procure CM’s solutions, confident in the knowledge that it would meet our requirements. The support and response have been excellent.”
